Marvel has done it again. Back in 2012, they blew our minds by putting Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and the Hulk in a movie together, something we'd never seen before. And now, they've introduced the multiverse and brought characters from previous Spider-Man movies into this new film. Another cinematic first. In a Superheroes, Movies & Superhero Movies first, SmoothJStew joins both John and Justin as they discuss Marvel's latest. Currently the film has a 94% and audiences seem to love it. It's the holidays and if you're like John and Justin, you watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation every year. It has become a holiday classic worthy of annual repeated viewings. 2022 is bringing us a lot of movies, assuming that they all actually come out and don't get pushed back until 2023! There have been quite a few releases lately so I think we'll be OK and actually get to see these movies in the upcoming year. We've been waiting for a Ghostbusters 3 for years. Rumors of a third film popped up every so often but after the death of Harold Ramis, and the release of the 2016 reboot, it seemed the hopes of ever seeing a continuation of our favorite supernatural exterminators were all but, well, busted. And, to be fair, Ghostbusters Afterlife is not the sequel we longed for but it is indeed the third film in the franchise. How does the sequel hold up to the originals?
